The highlight of the evening: Winemaker Hartmann Donà will personally guide you through the wine pairing and share fascinating insights into his philosophy, the terroir, and the stories behind each vintage. The evening will be rounded off by the warm ambience of Ciolà and atmospheric live music accompanying the dinner.
